Voltaren Emulgel is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) medicine used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis (juvenile rheumatoid arthritis or Still's disease), and pain from rheum,. It contains the active ingredient diclofenac non- prescription only.
Apply the applicator directly to the affected area. Do not use for more than a few days at a time, unless a doctor has told you to.
If you miss a dose of Voltaren Emulgel, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at a time.
The active ingredient diclofenac non- prescription only. Each gram of the Emulgel contains:
Keep out of reach of children. If you notice any changes in your skin, contact your doctor. Patch the patch onto your skin and make sure that the active ingredient is still in place. If it is less than 12 hours old, apply a fresh patch.
Do not take more medicine than your doctor tells you to.

I have a very sensitive skin, so this is something I had to see a doctor.
I was prescribed Voltaren gel. It made me feel really sick and that I needed to be careful when I was applying it to my face. I had to see the doctor. He said it could be a sign of something more serious. The doctor said it is possible that the gel could be a sign of an allergic reaction. I was very worried. The doctor was not sure.
There are also other things you can do to help with the pain and swelling. Make sure you use sunscreen and have a long dress up when applying this product.
Make sure you wash your hands before and after applying this product.
The gel should be applied to the affected area 5 times a day and for at least 4 hours after the first application. Do not use the gel for more than 4 hours after the first application. Do not use the gel if you are using the topical anti-inflammatory medicine, ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, aspirin or other NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs).
Do not use Voltaren gel if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not use Voltaren gel if you are allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, aspirin with codeine or NSAID medicines.
Do not use Voltaren gel if you are taking the following:
